The principal challenge for me in creating the soundscape for the short teaser for Sanger was how do you create a layered and complex sound space that you can't see, but know is there? It required many very small adjustments in the balancing of the elements and guidance from Foster - who's been in active war zones.
The sound design for the short film The Bicycle Thief was built from scratch, with 90% of it being shot without sound. Recording and gathering the sound elements was a lot of fun, while blending those elements to excite and enhance the story was an enjoyable challenge.
Working on Do Not Feed The Pigeons was an intense and enriching experience. I really immersed myself in the Josie's journey and as a consequence became throughly submerged in her world.
Having overseen the sound edit and created the Foley and sound design elements forNothing Man it was great to be able to finish the job off by doing the final mix and deliverables.
